I was born in Portugal, May 1974, two weeks after the Carnation Revolution, a military coup that overthrew a dictatorship and initiated a democratic regime in my country.
In the following years, during my childhood, I was fascinated by the propaganda murals that graced the city of Lisbon, the themes were always the same, justice, the people and the clear superiority of the party, whatever it was!
When I started my gallery of propaganda, despite the theme, I wanted to distance myself from politics and used the Star Wars universe as reference.
