Here are my two proposals for the annual contest “Que Sardinha és tu?”, organized by EGEAC and  Lisbon’s Town Hall.

The “Grafitti” was done a few months earlier for a couple who rents a house in Alfama. The sardine had to have the Fernando Pessoa, Amalia, Cristo Rei, Tagus Bridge and Lisbon. I gathered all the elements within the sardine with stencil like drawings.

Sardine “Calçada” Portuguesa is a tribute to the floor which also illustrates the city of Lisbon and is part of Portuguese culture, and an allusion to Decobrimentos (Portuguese Discoveries) with two paper boats.

Both designs were made in vector, custom shapes, in Photoshop.
